Shipping and Handling charges are typically based on the subtotal of your order and the shipping method selected for small to medium sized products. Large, bulky, oversized, customized, hazardous material products require specialized shipping and additionally freight & handling charges may apply. Special promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges, however handling charges may still apply.
We reserve the right to contact you about orders that require special shipping and handling (oversized, bulky, customized, hazardous material, customized product). While we do our best to mark items online that require special shipping and handling not all items online may be noted for special shipping & handling charges. Additionally, shipping requirements also may change from time to time. Specialized shipping may result in higher than normal shipping rates that cannot be calculated through our online shipping calculator. We will contact you with the additional shipping cost BEFORE processing your order. If you do not authorize the additional shipping cost your order will be cancelled at that time and no charges will result.
We do not offer international shipping at this time and we cannot process international orders at this time.
We make every effort to make sure your order is processed and shipped in the most expedient manner possible. Certain items that customization, unique colors, or that are shipped directly from one of our vendors may require additional processing and shipping time. We do our best to notify you of any changes and delays that may occur with your order.

Oversized item surcharge
To ensure your order reaches you safely, an additional surcharge may apply to some heavy or bulky items due to size, weight or special handling required. This item surcharge is in addition to standard shipping rates. Please be aware often times we cannot calculate special handling surcharges until after the purchase request is placed and our third party shipping company is contacted for a quote. We will contact you before processing your order with the additional shipping cost if an oversized item is purchased. If you decline the additional shipping charges your order will be cancelled at that time and no charges will result.
Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped our Standard Delivery 7 business day method. Eligible customers must select this option in checkout in order to receive free shipping. This excludes truck-delivered items.
Estimated delivery dates
The estimated delivery date is based on the selected shipping method. Shipping dates are based on business days, they do not include weekends.
Standard delivery (7 business days)
Most orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Usually, UPS will ring your doorbell then leave the package in a sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door.
Alexis store delivery
If you choose to have your item shipped the Alexis Store, most orders are ready for pick-up in 4-7 business days.
- You will be contacted when your order arrives.
- Your order will be charged to your payment card or account at the time it is shipped.
- For your protection, please bring the payment card used for payment when picking up your order.
- Orders are held for 10 days only, so please call the store if you need extra time. After 10 days, merchandise is returned and your card or account credited for the purchase price of the items (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).
Same day pickup
If you choose same day pickup during checkout, ordered items are typically ready within 4 hours. For same day pickup, your order must be submitted by 12pm local time (M-F not including holidays). Orders placed after 3pm local time, may not be available until the next business day. Orders placed prior store opening hours will require 4 hours before being ready to be picked up. Please wait for your ready for pickup email before heading to the store. You’ll be required to show a valid driver’s license or ID, credit card used for the transactions, and order number in order to pick up your items. If someone else will be picking up your order that person will need to show his/her valid driver’s license or ID and the order number at the store. Only you, or the person you’ve designated (when placing your order) can pick up your items.

We do not charge your credit card until your order has shipped. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to some large, heavy, or unique items.
