Wreck Repair Project Details
• Repaired all wreck damage to the exterior of the ambulance body.
• Removed damaged side entry door and compartment doors, rub rails, fenderette, graphics, warning and ICC lights, and damage tail step end.
• Fabricated and installed new lower treadplate rub rails and new tailstep corner section.
• Installed new side entry door, window, door and compartment door hardware.
• Installed new LED warning lights.
• Repaired all body damage and re-paint repaired areas.
• Re-assembled all damaged areas
• Applied new graphics to the damage repaired areas.

Wreck Repair #2 Project Details
- Severe cab and chassis frame damage.
- Cab mounts broken, bent frame rails and suspension components, broken engine and radiator mounts, broken transmission bell housing and PTO gear box.
- Remove complete pump module and pump system, booster tank and apparatus body from the damaged chassis.
- Inspect body sub-structure, booster tank, pumping system.
- Supply new identical HME SFO chassis.
- Re-mount body, booster tank, pump module, pumping system, new drivelines, new PTO gear box for generator.
- Re-connect all wiring and electrical systems.
- Pump test and inspect and test all systems.
- Apply new graphics and reflective stripe.

Wreck Repair Project Details
- Removed damaged portable tank rack, Right side compartment pack, rear fender panel, compartment top, cab step assembly, booster reel, slide out tray, compartment pack sub-structure, rear outer dual tire.
- Inspected truck chassis frame rails, booster tank, pumping system.
- Fabricated new sub-structure, side compartment pack, fender panel, compartment top, cab step assembly.
- Repaired damaged portable tank bracket.
- Re-paint of all new compartments, fender panel, and portable tank rack.
- Installed new booster reel and plumbing, new roll up doors, polished fenderette, wheel well liner, new compartment top, rub rails, ICC lights, treadplate trim, warning lights, new rear tire.
- Applied new graphics and reflective stripe.
