Truck Modification Project Details

• Modified and upgraded apparatus.
• Removed the ladder storage compartment from the apparatus hose bed.
• Installed a new Zico dual arm hydraulic ladder rack with suction hose and pike pole storage mounted on the new ladder rack.
• Installed a remote controlled Elkhart 3” monitor to the driver’s  side rear compartment top.
• Installed new LED cross firing warning lights to the front and rear of the apparatus.
• Removed existing front bumper. Install a new larger front bumper extension with a chevron pattern reflective stripe
• Added a 5” front suction intake to the new extension.
• Added a Federal Q2B siren to the new bumper extension.
• Added a large diameter discharge to the passenger side discharge panel.
• Installed a new Wilburt LED Nightscan Chief light tower on the pump module.
• Installed an SCBA officers seat in cab.

Truck Modification Project Details

• Upgraded compartments, warning lights, and foam system.
• Removed the existing hinged door compartments and related items from the flatbed body.
• Fabricated larger treadplate aluminum cabinets with locking roll up doors.
• Installed new adjustable shelving and custom brackets for equipment in the compartments.
• Installed new LED tube lights in all new compartments
• Installed new upper and lower rear LED warning lights
• Applied chveron pattern reflective shapes to the rear lower apron on flatbed body.
• Fabricated and install a multiple back board storage compartment.
• Installed a Fecon around the pump foam system and 10 gallon foam cell.
• Pumped test and inspect and test all systems.
• Removed front bumper extension platform and install new shorten front stainless steel bumper.

Wreck Repair Project Details
•    Repaired all wreck damage to the exterior of the ambulance body.
•    Removed damaged side entry door and compartment doors, rub rails, fenderette, graphics, warning and ICC lights, and damage tail step end.
•    Fabricated and installed new lower treadplate rub rails and new tailstep corner section.
•    Installed new side entry door, window, door and compartment door hardware.
•    Installed new LED warning  lights.
•    Repaired all body damage and re-paint repaired areas.
•    Re-assembled all damaged areas
•    Applied new graphics to the damage repaired areas.

Wreck Repair #2 Project Details

• Severe cab and chassis frame damage.
• Cab mounts broken, bent frame rails and suspension components, broken engine and radiator mounts, broken transmission bell housing and PTO gear box.
• Remove complete pump module and pump system, booster tank and apparatus body from the damaged chassis.
•  Inspect body sub-structure, booster tank, pumping system.
•  Supply new identical HME SFO chassis.
•  Re-mount body, booster tank, pump module, pumping system, new drivelines, new PTO gear box for generator.
•  Re-connect all wiring and electrical systems.
•  Pump test and inspect and test all systems.
•  Apply new graphics and reflective stripe.

Wreck Repair Project Details

• Removed damaged portable tank rack, Right side compartment pack, rear fender panel, compartment top, cab step assembly, booster reel, slide out tray, compartment pack sub-structure, rear outer dual tire.
• Inspected truck chassis frame rails, booster tank, pumping system.
• Fabricated new sub-structure, side compartment pack, fender panel, compartment top, cab step assembly.
• Repaired damaged portable tank bracket.
• Re-paint of all new compartments, fender panel, and portable tank rack.
• Installed new booster reel and plumbing, new roll up doors, polished fenderette, wheel well liner, new compartment top, rub rails, ICC lights, treadplate trim, warning lights, new rear tire.
• Applied new graphics and reflective stripe.
